Management & Staff
Hiring staff is something we take very seriously. Staff must be experienced in working with young children, meet educational requirements, have a love for children, and a passion for teaching.
OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our staff must have met the requirements as set forth by Community Care licensing, before they are hired. In addition they are required to continue their education or to keep current on advances in the Early Childhood field through workshops or seminars. They must also possess a knowledge of how children learn. Our staff all share the beliefs and teaching style consistent with our school's philosophy.
Most Important - OUR STAFF MUST:
- Know how to laugh
- Think bugs are cool
- Not mind a pocket full of rocks
- Be able to read a story using at least three different voices
- Know every silly song ever written
- Not mind turning their hair blue for spirit day
- Be a comforting lap
- Be a good fill-in until mom or dad arrives
